This User Agreement sets the rules for using the MasterGO service by individuals and companies (Clients) in accordance with the Law "On Consumer Protection" (No. ZRU-221-I) and the Law "On Electronic Commerce" (No. ZRU-792).
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The MasterGO service gives the Client free access to the base of verified masters, the ability to post requests for a master, receive responses, use location-based matching and the honest review system.
2. Client obligations
- Accuracy of information: Give an accurate description of the fault and the address or district, and attach current photos of the damage.
- Providing access: Give the master unobstructed access to the place of the repair or service work at the agreed time.
- 🚨 PAYMENT OBLIGATION (Articles 638, 643 of the Civil Code): The Client must pay for the accepted work in time and in full, according to the estimate agreed with the master. An unjustified refusal to pay for properly performed work entails liability under the civil law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Closing a request: After choosing a master or finishing the work, the Client must close the request with the button

3. Client rights and the quality guarantee
3.1. The Client may require the master to perform the work to proper quality and within the agreed time.
3.2. If defects, poor installation or property damage are found, the Client may require the Master to fix the defects immediately or to compensate the damage in full, under Articles 646 and 985 of the Civil Code.
3.3. After the work is finished the Client may leave an honest public review and a rating (1–5 stars). The review directly affects the master's rating on the platform.
