These standards apply across the website and Telegram bots to maintain a safe and honest marketplace.
1. Publication Guidelines
- Misleading pricing, stolen portfolio images, and false claims are prohibited;
- Spamming, duplicate listings, and fake reviews are forbidden;
- All prices must be quoted in Uzbek Soums (UZS);
- Listings must strictly match their designated category.
2. Grounds for Account Suspension
- Refusal to fix defective work or compensate client damages;
- Abusive behavior, harassment, or extortion;
- Impersonation or falsification of identity documents.
