This Public Offer is governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Chapter 37 "Contract Work", Chapter 38 "Paid Services"), Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-792 "On Electronic Commerce" and Law No. ZRU-547 "On Personal Data".
1. General provisions and the status of the Platform
1.1. The information service «MasterGO» (hereinafter the "Platform") is a digital marketplace that provides the technical means for Clients (consumers of services) and independent Masters (craftsmen, specialists, service teams) to interact.
1.2. The Platform is not a party to the contract for work, an employer or a general contractor in the relationship between the Client and the Master. All arrangements on scope, deadlines, warranties and price are made by the parties directly.
2. Requirements for the Master and registration
- The Master confirms that they have the professional skills, qualifications, working tools and equipment needed to perform the declared types of work properly.
- The Master must provide accurate contact details, their real first and last name, and confirm their phone number through the Platform authorisation system.
- Transferring the Master account to third parties is prohibited.
3. 🚨 The Master's full liability for quality and damage
3.1. The Master bears full material and civil liability:
- For the quality of the work performed and compliance with the construction, sanitary and fire safety standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- For the safekeeping of materials, structures, furniture and appliances provided by the Client.
- If harm is caused or the Client's property is damaged (flooding, a short circuit, damage to finishing materials, a broken plumbing or electrical appliance) the Master MUST COMPENSATE THE DAMAGE CAUSED IN FULL to the Client at their own expense.
3.2. Warranty obligations (Article 648 of the Civil Code): The Master must give the Client a warranty on the work performed and fix free of charge any hidden defects or shortcomings found within the warranty period.
3.3. If the Client makes a claim, the Platform may temporarily block the master's profile until the incident is fully settled and the confirmed damage is compensated.
4. Rights and financial settlements
4.1. The Master may set the estimated cost of the work independently, as agreed with the Client before the work begins.
4.2. The Master may require the Client to pay in time and in full for work actually performed and accepted, at the agreed price (Article 643 of the Civil Code).
5. Penalties for breaking the rules and anti-fraud measures
5.1. Attempts to inflate reviews, creating fake orders, failing to show up for an agreed order, rudeness or extortion lead to a permanent block of the master on the Platform and being put on the blacklist.
