🔒 Personal data protection (ZRU-547)
MasterGO follows the highest standards of security and personal data protection, in strict accordance with Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 "On Personal Data".
1. What data we collect
- Phone number (used for authorisation and for direct contact between master and client on an accepted request).
- First and last name (to identify the profile).
- Location coordinates and the site address (solely to calculate the route and get the master to the call).
- Photos and text descriptions of tasks uploaded by the user.
2. Purposes and procedure of processing
2.1. The data is used solely to run the specialist matching service, create requests and send notifications to Telegram.
2.2. The client's phone number is given ONLY TO THAT MASTER, the one who took this request into work. Numbers are not passed to outside advertising networks or spam services.
2.3. When a request is deleted, all location tags and temporary order cards attached to it are irreversibly removed from every master's screen.
